Deep Thinking & Communication for Small Teams

This private session is a high-touch, tailored version of the Art As Perspective workshop. Designed specifically for groups of 3 to 4 people, it offers a neutral, world-class environment to step away from digital noise and look at professional challenges through a different lens.

We use the museum as a laboratory for objective observation. This isn't a "team-building" session based on personal disclosure; rather, it’s a facilitated experience focused on how your team processes information, communicates complexity, and solves problems.

The Private Format

With a hard cap of 4 participants, the experience remains intimate and conversational. This format is ideal for founders, small departments, or creative leads who need a mental reset.

What we focus on:

  • The Lens of Observation: Practice articulating what you see—not just what you feel—to improve clarity in interoffice communication.

  • Pattern Recognition: Identifying how your team approaches "the new" and where you might be getting stuck in routine habits.

  • Mental Distance: Using art to create the psychological space required for long-term strategy and fresh insights.

What’s Included

  • 3-Hour Private Facilitation: A guided art walk and deep-dive conversation tailored to your team’s context.

  • Museum Admission: General admission for up to 4 people is included.

  • Digital Toolkit: The Art of Observation PDF sent to each participant prior to the workshop.

  • Team Integration Call: A private 40-minute Zoom follow-up two weeks later to discuss how the insights are being applied to your current projects.

Details

Total Price: $525.00 (Inclusive of all entry fees and materials). Group Size: Minimum 2, Maximum 4.

Cancellation Policy: Private workshops require 14 days' notice for a full refund. Transfers to a future date are subject to availability.
