Chicago Art Institute Private Workshop
Chicago | Monday, April 27, 2026
$525.00 Flat rate for up to 4 participants. Includes museum entry for all.
Location: Art Institute of Chicago Time: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Deep Thinking & Communication for Small Teams
This private session is a high-touch, tailored version of the Art As Perspective workshop. Designed specifically for groups of 3 to 4 people, it offers a neutral, world-class environment to step away from digital noise and look at professional challenges through a different lens.
We use the museum as a laboratory for objective observation. This isn't a "team-building" session based on personal disclosure; rather, it’s a facilitated experience focused on how your team processes information, communicates complexity, and solves problems.
The Private Format
With a hard cap of 4 participants, the experience remains intimate and conversational. This format is ideal for founders, small departments, or creative leads who need a mental reset.
What we focus on:
The Lens of Observation: Practice articulating what you see—not just what you feel—to improve clarity in interoffice communication.
Pattern Recognition: Identifying how your team approaches "the new" and where you might be getting stuck in routine habits.
Mental Distance: Using art to create the psychological space required for long-term strategy and fresh insights.
What’s Included
3-Hour Private Facilitation: A guided art walk and deep-dive conversation tailored to your team’s context.
Museum Admission: General admission for up to 4 people is included.
Digital Toolkit: The Art of Observation PDF sent to each participant prior to the workshop.
Team Integration Call: A private 40-minute Zoom follow-up two weeks later to discuss how the insights are being applied to your current projects.
